Town of Leo-Cedarville Residents,
Town employees are organizing for the forecasted significant snowfall and have recently added additional snow removal contractors in an effort to prepare, as best as possible, for this major weather event. We want to assure residents we will do everything possible to clear streets in an efficient and timely manner. We will prioritize main streets and then work to side streets. We ask for patience and understanding as we work through this major weather event. Additionally, we ask residents to keep parked vehicles off public streets, whenever possible, to allow for the best snow removal process. We also want to remind citizens that each property owner is responsible for keeping sidewalks along their property frontage clear from snow and ice. Lastly, we ask residents to please push and blow snow from sidewalks and driveways into yard areas and not into public street areas. Working together we can improve our ability to keep our streets and sidewalks clear.
