Below is a drawing of the plans for Amstutz Road. This project has been in the works for several years under the guidance of the Northeast Indiana Regional Coordinating Council assisting INDOT, and the Town of Leo-Cedarville. Utility relocation has begun along with tree removal (some trees will be replaced). Construction from Hosler Road to the pedestrian bridge will take place between early June and early August; phase 2-from the bridge to south of Trading Post Road-will be reconstructed from early August to October. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve both vehicle and pedestrian access to businesses, homes and the schools along this route.
