Rental Information:

Persons or organizations wishing to rent Riverside Gardens Park, a park facility, or any park grounds must complete a Park License Agreement.  Renters need to first call the Town Hall (260)627-6321 to check on availability and sign up for their selected date and location.  Dates cannot be guaranteed until full payment and a complete Park License Agreement has been received.


Designated Park Area Pricing:

Riverside Gardens Grand Pavilion: $125 Resident or $150 Non-Resident

Riverside Gardens South Pavilion: $75 Resident or $85 Non-Resident

Riverside Gardens North Pavilion: $75 Resident or $85 Non-Resident (nearest to splash pad)

Riverside Gardens Grassy Area: $75 Resident or $85 Non-Resident

Schwartz Road Parking Area: $75 per day or $85 Non-Resident
