Ordinance # 2008-06
of the Town Council
An ordinance regulating the speed limit on Lochner Road to 40 mph, between Schlatter Rd. and State Road One.

Whereas, the Town Council for the Town of Leo-Cedarville has determined that the general speed limit established, on Lochner Road between, Schlatter and State road One, is greater than what is reasonably safe; and
Whereas, Indiana law allows the Town of Leo-Cedarville to reduce the speed limit on Lochner Road to forty (40) miles per hour; and
Whereas, Indiana law allows the Town of Leo-Cedarville to establish a penalty for violations of its traffic control ordinances;
Now, therefore, it is ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Leo-Cedarville, Allen County, Indiana:
Section 1. Within the Town of Leo-Cedarville, Indiana, no person may drive a vehicle greater than forty (40) miles per hour on Lochner Road between Schlatter and State Road One.
