NOTICE

The Town Hall is now open to the public.  However, in order to comply with safety guidelines published by the Indiana Department of Health, the Town of Leo-Cedarville is taking the following actions to help slow the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

Most Town Business can be handled over the phone or through the internet.  When possible, the Town requests that residents call with questions.  Stormwater payments can be made online and zoning forms and park rental agreements can also be found online and printed from the Town Website at www.leocedarville.com.  The stormwater drop-box can be used to make payments.  The drop box by the front door can be used to deliver completed forms.  If you have questions or otherwise need assistance, please call the appropriate number below:

The Leo-Cedarville Town Council and other Town Boards and Councils will continue to only hold public meetings on an electronic platform, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and will be accessible for listening/viewing by the public.  The phone number and login information for all meetings will be included on the agenda which will be published on the Town website and the front door to the Town Hall.  Members of the public that have questions about any Town Council or Board meeting or about the status of any issue may contact the Town Manager as set forth above.  Any questions for the Town Council or other Board may be submitted to the Town Manager, and will be read to the Council or other relevant Board during the next public meeting.

If you need to enter the Town Hall, please comply with the safety protocols published below.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS

  1. Do not enter this building if you are sick, if you have a fever, or if you have a persistent cough. Also, do not enter if you have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, unless since the exposure, you have tested negative for the Corona virus.
  2. Persons entering this building must wear face masks. Masks are available at the entrance if you do not have one.
  3. Please maintain social distancing. All persons should keep no less than six feet (6’) apart at all times.
  4. The Leo-Cedarville Town Parks, playgrounds, volleyball courts, basketball court, splashpad and lazy river are now open. The Park Pavilions are available for rental at 50% capacity. Persons using the parks, including pavilion rentals, should maintain social distancing.
  5. The Leo-Cedarville Town Council and other Town Boards and Councils will continue to only hold public meetings on an electronic platform, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and will be accessible for listening/viewing by the public.   6. Guidance from the Indiana Governor’s Office, the Indiana Department of Health and the CDC is ongoing, and the Town will post any changes regarding public meetings and the availability of Town services and facilities as they happen.
